Do you accept purchase orders?
Yes. Email your PO to sales@examtablesdirect.com or attach it to your quote request. Net terms are available for qualified facilities.
How does GPO-level pricing work?
Members of a healthcare group purchasing organization get their contract price on all Midmark and UMF Medical equipment, and facilities that aren't members still get GPO-level pricing on those brands. Send your facility and room count by 3 PM ET on a weekday and we'll quote within 2 hours.
Can you quote multiple sites on one order?
Yes. We quote by room and by site, with separate ship-to addresses and delivery schedules on one quote.
Do you bid on construction projects?
Yes. Send your equipment schedule or bid documents and we'll price every line we can supply, with submittals for each item.
We're tax-exempt. How do we order?
Send your exemption certificate with your quote request or PO, and we'll apply it before invoicing.
Do you remove packaging and old equipment?
Yes. Our white glove crew brings equipment to the room, uncrates and assembles it, tests power tables in place, hauls away all packaging and debris, and removes your old exam tables and chairs on request.
