Shipping Policy
We can ship to virtually any address in the world.
At checkout, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping method you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight/dimension based.
Return/Cancellation Policy
Please read this return policy before making your purchase.
Due to the nature of the products we sell, once an order is processed all sales are final. Once production begins, we cannot cancel your order. The only event where we will accept a return/cancellation is if we ship you an incorrect item or a damaged one.
In some cases, we MAY authorize a return/cancellation with a 25% processing fee.
We are an Authorized Dealer and only sell Original Manufacture Products. Most of the items we sell are custom built to order and have a production/lead time; which further supports our policy that states all sales are final.
Any items sent back and/or refused without authorization will not be credited.
Any orders cancelled without authorization will not be credited.
