Shipping Policy

We can ship to virtually any address in the world.

At checkout, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping method you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight/dimension based.

Returns & Cancellations Policy

Because many of the products we sell (including exam tables and other large equipment) are built to order and/or require special handling, please review this policy carefully before placing your order.

30-Day Return Window (Non-Freight Items)

For items that do not ship via freight, returns may be requested within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is:

  • Unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging, and
  • Returned with prior written authorization from us.

If approved, returns may be subject to a 25% processing (restocking) fee. Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

Freight-Shipped Items (All Sales Final)

Items shipped via freight (including most large/heavy items such as exam tables) are final sale and not eligible for return, except in the event of:

  • Shipping damage, or
  • An incorrect item received.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, notify us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of:

  • The item and damage,
  • The packaging, and
  • The shipping label (if visible).

We will work with you to arrange a replacement, repair, or other resolution as appropriate.

Order Processing & Cancellations

Once an order is processed and production begins, we cannot cancel the order. Many items are custom built to order and have production/lead times, which is why certain purchases are final.

Unauthorized Returns / Refused Deliveries

Any items returned, refused, or sent back without authorization will not be credited.
Any orders cancelled without authorization will not be credited.

We are an Authorized Dealer and sell original manufacturer products only.
